Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- GMP-Herstellung von Proteinen und Plasmiden in einer Reinraumanlage
- Durchführung von Produktionsprozessen im Bereich Upstream-Processing (Fermentation, Zellaufschluss, erste Aufreinigungsschritte)
- Prozess-Vor/Nachbereitung sowie Reinigung von Geräten, Material und Räumen
- Unterstützung in der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
- Verantwortung für Instandhaltung von Geräten, sowie Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Labororganisation (Anlagen-, Geräte-, und Raumverantwortung)
