Pricing

Acceptance of all orders is subject to availability. BIOMAY reserves the right to amend prices and product specifications without notice. All prices are quoted exclusive of value added tax (VAT, IVA) which will be added to the invoice. Payment terms are net 30 days of the invoice date, in the currency stated on the invoice.

Shipping and Delivery

Inside Europe orders are usually shipped by express service (General Overnight) within 2-3 days.  For other countries shipping usually takes 1 week. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Any importation or additional taxes that may apply are payable by the customer. Please notify us immediately by phone, fax or e-mail if a shipment arrives incomplete or damaged and retain all shipping documents. If BIOMAY has made an error, the company will ship a replacement order at no charge.

Warranty

We want our customers to be thoroughly satisfied with BIOMAY products and will exchange or refund any defective product. BIOMAY guarantees the specifications of its products as set out on the product sheet when used and stored according to the manner described in the product sheets which are published on the BIOMAY website and delivered along with the products. BIOMAY is not responsible for misuse of the product by the purchaser. Reagents are supplied for research purposes only and are not for resale, except by prior written agreement. The purchaser is responsible for the determination of the suitability of the product for a particular research application or use.
