Active Ingredients for Allergy Immunotherapy (SIT)

Biomay´s product pipeline includes active ingredients for different approaches to immunotherapy and prophylaxis of the most important allergies in Europe and the USA. Typically, NBEs (New Biological Entities)  are developed up to confirmation of pre-clinical efficacy of the active ingredient by Biomay and its network partners - vaccine development and clinical testing is carried out in cooperation with or by a licensing partner. Programmes with out-licensed NBEs, which are run by a licensee are depicted as green bars in the diagram below.
In addition, programmes aiming at technology development for different SIT strategies, such as RNA vaccination, cell based approaches for tolerance induction, or innovative adjuvant approaches are pursued.
