The use of Biomay’s online shop is subject to the following conditions:
Pricing
Acceptance of all orders is subject to availability. Biomay reserves the right to amend prices and product specifications without notice. All prices are quoted exclusive of value added tax (VAT, IVA) which will be added to the invoice. Payment terms are net 30 days of the invoice date, in the currency stated on the invoice.
Shipping and Delivery
Inside Europe orders are usually shipped by express service (General Overnight) within 2-3 days. For other countries shipping usually takes 1 week. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Any importation or other taxes that may apply are payable by the customer. Please notify us immediately by phone, fax or e-mail if a shipment arrives incomplete or damaged and retain all shipping documents.
Warranty
We want our customers to be thoroughly satisfied with Biomay’s recombinant allergens and will exchange or refund any defective product. Biomay guarantees that the recombinant allergens comply with the specifications set out in the product sheets when used and stored as specified in the product sheets. Biomay is not responsible for misuse of the products by the purchaser. Recombinant allergens are supplied FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY and are not for resale, except by prior written agreement. The purchaser is entirely responsible for the determination of the suitability of the product for a particular research application or use.
